To become an Avon Sales Leader you recruit and support your own team (with the help and support of me to begin with). Training, encouraging and motivating others to help themselves earn what they want so you can earn what you want. Alongside this you will also sell Avon through distribution of the Avon Brochure, just as representatives do. No prior experience is needed to become a Sales Leader. You will recruit representatives or others may wish to take on Avon Sales leadership like yourself, whatever the role, you are establishing your own team which will strengthen your business and increase your earning potential.

How much can I earn as a Sales Leader?

  How much do you want to earn? 

You can earn between 3%-12% of your teams paid sales alongside your own sales earnings of up to 25%. The more people you recruit the more money you make.

Avon is a Network Marketing business which is a form of direct selling, where you are financially compensated through your sales and from the sales of team members you have recruited. The amount of people you can recruit is limitless so your earnings are limitless, whether the individual wants to be a Representative or a Sales Leader.

Once you have a team of Sales Leaders, you will earn commission on their teams up to 3 generations. Debbie Davis the first Avon Lady to become a millionaire has recruited over the years 2500 employees. She could retire now and still have that type of income, as this is generated from her teams sales.

So when you ask, 'how much can I earn?' I will ask you 'how much do you want to earn?' because chances are it's a possibility.

How much does it cost?

There is a £25 registration fee which you don't have to pay upfront, and you will receive support and training from myself.
